OVERRUNS-UNDERRUNS: We try to ship exact quantities but reserve the right to ship 5% over or under quantity ordered.
RANDOM SAMPLES: End quantity price of items ordered.
AVERAGE PRODUCTION TIME: 5 to 7 working days on repeat orders, & 10 working days on new orders.
SHIPPING: Shipping methods vary with product and quantity. When exact shipping instructions are not provided the factory will determine method of shipping. The factory cannot be responsible for delays in transit.
COMMITTED SHIP DATES: We will at all times make every effort possible to ship on date requested. Merchandise being shipped to us must arrive a minimum of two weeks prior to ship date or when promised on rush orders. The correct breakdown of numbers, colors and sizes must arrive. When this does not happen and we can still make ship date a rush charge of $62.50 (G) will apply.

CANCELLATION OR RETURNS: Will not be accepted without prior agreement with factory. Partially completed orders if cancelled will be billed for labor, art, material, and tape services charge incurred prior to cancellation.
DISTRIBUTOR MERCHANDISE: Embroidery Masters Inc., is not responsible for any merchandise at our manufacturing plant that has been there for over 90 days.
